Estée Lauder-owned M.A.C Cosmetics has promoted Aïda Moudachirou-Rebois to the role of general manager. She will succeed Philippe Pinatel, the cosmetic brand’s global brand president.
As part of her promotion, Moudachirou-Rebois will also join the company’s executive leadership team.
Moudachirou-Rebois has 20 years of experience in the beauty industry and has held senior roles at the likes of Revlo, Johnson & Johnson and L’Oréal. Prior to joining M.A.C in 2021, she was responsible for brands including Neutrogena, Aveeno and The Body Shop.
“Philippe will partner closely with Aïda to support the transition of his responsibilities in advance of his departure. I would like to thank Philippe for his many contributions and extend a warm congratulations to Aïda on her exciting new role,”said ELC’s Group president, Jane Hertzmark Hudis.
In November last year, parent company Estée Lauder Cos. lowered its full-year outlook citing continued weakness in Asia travel retail and in mainland China, as well as risks to its business from the Israel-Hamas war.
