She’s the actress known for her role as Abby Sciuto on NCIS, which she held for years.
And now Pauley Perrette, 55, has said she ”never” plans to return for acting, after retiring from the game back in 2020.
Speaking to Hello! in a rare and candid interview, Perrette admitted she’s now a “different person”.

“I want to be here for it – the good and the bad and the painful,” she said, now working as an executive producer on documentaries.
“I want to be me all the time, and it takes a good amount of courage for me to say that to myself but it’s authentically how I feel.”
She added the despite having no plans to return to acting, she’s “grateful” for the opportunities she’s been given.

“For me, going back to being an actor would be taking away from this life of true authenticity that I’m living 100 per cent of the time.”

Perrette left NCIS back in 2018 and soon it was revealed she had a falling out with co-star Mark Harmon. It reportedly started over a dog bite.
She also implied in some tweets she was bullied.
“Pauley Perrette had a terrific run on NCIS and we are all going to miss her. Over a year ago, Pauley came to us with a workplace concern. We took the matter seriously and worked with her to find a resolution. We are committed to a safe work environment on all our shows,” said a CBS spokesperson.
She went on to star on the CBS show Broke in 2020.
